Send us your letter to the tooth fairy!  

Please download the letterhead and have your child write, draw a letter to the tooth fairy.  You do not have to be our patient to participate.

Send us the letter via

• email (contact@deartoothfairyjc.com),
• upload to our facebook page (www.facebook.com/deartoothfairyjc), 
• tag us on instagram (@deartoothfairyjc), or
• snail mail (432 Grand St. Jersey City, NJ 07302).
• You can even drop it off in person!

This is an on-going event.  We will post your letter(s) on our website, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.  

We will also do a draw at the end of the year and you can win a BIG mystery prize!
It is a mystery now because the tooth fairy is very busy and has not answered my letter yet! :)
